The Public Meeting House in times gone by was a hub of neighborhood activities. It was a place where people congregated and shared news…a place where they stopped for a cold beer after a long day at work…or kicked up their heels on a Saturday Night. It was a place where folks celebrated together and mourned together…where they always knew they would be greeted with a welcoming hand and a familiar smile…
as well as a full plate and an honest pour.

Frank, our new owner, has always held a love for the idea that is the true old style Irish Pub.  In November '09, he took ownership of TJ Orourkes, and renamed it CLASSICS...to reflect his feelings about the traditional local Public Meeting House.  Together with manager, Paul Lim, the two are breathing new life into this local fixture…bringing with them a new look, new staff and a reworked menu…all designed to make CLASSICS PUB a favored and affordable place for good folks who still need a place to call “home away from home” in good times and tougher ones.

At CLASSICS, we will always value our traditional feel and will keep combining it with our brand of quality food and drink at comfortable prices.
